Comsat Systems Pvt. Ltd. is an established manufacturer of advanced satellite communication antenna systems, serving global customers for over four decades. Founded in 1982, Comsat designs, develops, and manufactures high-performance antennas and associated systems for teleport, hub, VSAT, mobility, and defense applications.

We specialize in large steerable earth station antennas and VSAT solutions across C, Extended C, Ku, and Ka bands, supporting both prime focus and offset configurations. Our antenna portfolio spans 13.5 m to 1.0 m in diameter and includes fixed, static, non-penetrating, transportable, and mobile platforms, including Mobile VSATs for SNG and OB vans.

Engineering Excellence & Manufacturing Capability

Comsat operates a fully integrated manufacturing facility with over 20,000 sq. ft. of production space, equipped with advanced mechanical, RF, and electronic test infrastructure. Our in-house engineering capabilities enable us to deliver custom-engineered solutions that meet stringent international and mission-critical requirements.

Through a Technology Transfer agreement with the Space Applications Centre (ISRO), Ahmedabad, Comsat has acquired specialized know-how for C and Extended C-band feeds and large-aperture antennas (13.5 m and 7.5 m), reinforcing our commitment to precision, performance, and reliability.

Our manufacturing processes and quality controls follow globally accepted engineering and documentation practices, enabling smooth acceptance by international system integrators, satellite operators, and government customers. Comsat supports projects requiring structured documentation, traceability, and formal Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) in line with customer and operator requirements.

All antenna and feed systems are tested in-house up to 40 GHz, ensuring compliance with global satellite operator and network standards.
