The Company has trained Engineers & Technicians to take up service.
Our field Service Engineer / Technicians attend to the calls of our clients to put the equipments in operation, as early as possible. Special attention is given to SNG / OB Vans for quick service.
There is always a possibility that the equipment supplied may need repairs to be attended only at our works. In such cases, our company arranges substitute equipment, and repair the unit and replace the original unit to the user. The company takes up Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for maintaining the company supplied products, after the warranty period expire.
